Roaring Fork Valley

Helping you navigate what you’re dealing with so you can feel whole, healthy & grounded.
You’ve tried all the things, right?
A hike in the woods, bombing down the ski hill, yoga class, booze…and while it may bring temporary relief, you have this nagging sense that something just isn’t right. You keep being held back from living the life you want and you may not even really know why.
In the process of therapy, I’ll walk with you through the challenges that are keeping you from living your best life. I’ll help you discover what’s going on and how to work towards healing and wholeness.
Hi, I’m Rebekah.
I’m a psychotherapist and I specialize in working with people who are seeking health and wholeness in their lives and relationships. Through therapy, I’ll help you journey towards healing as you overcome the challenges that are inhibiting you from living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
My Approach to Therapy
Therapy is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. I start by hearing about you and what brought you to the decision to seek therapy. I draw from several therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Gestalt. I have a gentle & supportive style while also offering challenges to help you grow in your understanding of yourself and the patterns that are no longer serving you.
Frequently Asked Questions

The fee for a 50 minute session is $200. Credit card, cash, check and HSA card payments are all accepted.
Do you accept insurance?
If you wish to use your insurance, I provide receipts and necessary documentation for you to be reimbursed. Please check with your insurance to make sure you have out-of-network benefits. Payment is due at the time of service.
How do I know if it’s time to see a therapist?
The fact that you are asking this question is likely an indicator that you are at a point where seeking therapy is a good idea. Some people may seek out therapy because of past traumas that continue to cause pain in the present. Some may be experiencing depression or anxiety that is causing an inability to function or live to thrive. Others seek therapy to grow in self-awareness and deepen their understanding of why they do the things they do, feel the things they feel, etc. There are a vast amount of reasons why people seek therapy, but if you are looking to grow, heal, and thrive—then counseling will likely become a beneficial part of your journey.
Do I really need therapy? Can’t I just talk to friends or family?
Talking with friends and family members can often be beneficial, but therapy is certainly different. Therapists are trained professionals who hear you from an objective, nonjudgmental, and unbiased position. Therapists are bound by confidentiality, so you don’t have to worry about your secrets being shared to other friends or family members. Working with a therapist can help you to grow, heal, and thrive as you sort through the difficulties you are facing in a safe and challenging space.
