therapy for real people in the
Roaring Fork Valley
I believe that healing is possible & you can live your life more fully.
Hi there!
I’m Rebekah.
The longer I’m alive, the more convinced I am that this being human thing can be just straight up hard. At some point for all of us, suffering is part of the gig. I am passionate about helping clients learn how to navigate through pain and emerge on the other side a bit wiser, stronger, braver & more compassionate than we were before.

About Rebekah
When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me somewhere in nature. I love being outside and soaking up all of the beauty that the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. It doesn’t matter to me much whether I’m hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, or just sitting by a river—my soul finds nourishment in connecting to natural beauty.
I love traveling, sewing, learning new things, and spending time with friends & family. I like finding joy in the simple things in life and laughing as much as possible.
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”
